Last week our CTO Johan Mattson (second from the right in the photo) joined Henrik Selstam to attend meetings on a Waste to Energy (WTE) site in Slovakia. Henrik Selstam is a part owner of the WTE site and has recently been nominated to become a Board member of Stirlingversal. Several European parties attended the meeting representing Operators, Project Developers, and Technology Providers. The meetings confirmed the interest in our solutions based on Stirling engine technology. It can add value to existing WTE systems and has great potential for offering new solutions on smaller distributed systems, the market segment we are focusing on.

Henrik and his team’s expertise in gasification and pyrolysis with long practical experience of various applications with different waste and fuel types, will be very useful for Stirlingversal in moving forward with new applications.

With the parties attending the meeting in Slovakia, there is a great potential for different kinds of partnership arrangements and customers to support Stirlingversal in Europe.
